            At Walls Republic, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to
                return a product, please review our return policy outlined below:
            Return Eligibility
            Returnable Items: Products may be returned within 30 days after
                    delivery. A 35% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
            Original Packaging: Returns will only be accepted if the product's original
                    packaging remains intact and the item is in resalable condition.
            Non-Returnable Items: The following products are not eligible for return or
                    exchange:
            
                - Commercial Wallpaper
- Custom Murals
- Samples
- Dry Erase
- Items purchased under Wallpaper Outlet
Damaged or Lost Products
            Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that your products are damaged or there is an
                error with the products you received, simply call us toll free at 1-800-990-2250 (North America) or
                001-905-604-9255 (International) within 7 days of delivery to make a claim. Be sure to provide proof of
                damage (such as photos) to our Customer Service Team. If something is wrong with an order, we will take
                immediate steps to replace the product.
            For products purchased under Wallpaper Outlet, damaged products can be replaced if there is still
                    remaining stock and dye lot. Otherwise, we will issue a refund, or the customer can choose
                a replacement and deduct the amount of the damaged product from the chosen replacement items.
            Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Damage to products will virtually always
                be visible on the exterior of the roll. If products are damaged inside of the packaging, please stop
                installation and contact Walls Republic customer service right away.
            Lost Shipments: In the event of a lost shipment, Walls Republic will replace the
                products.
            Exchanges and Refunds
            Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please submit a request. Final
                    approval remains with Walls Republic.
            Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for both arranging and covering the cost of
                shipping for any returned orders.
            Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been
                    inspected. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed
                following the inspection.
            Please do not schedule installation of your products until after the product has been received and
                examined. Installing a damaged or defective product may void a warranty or damage claim.
