Shipping rates
Shipping to the US and Canada is a flat rate based on your order total before tax. It's the same whatever the size of your order and wherever it's going.

The flat rate covers the US and Canada only. It doesn't include Mexico. Shipping promotions and special offers can lower or remove the charge. Shipping anywhere else? See international shipping.
Processing and delivery times
Every order is processed before it ships. The table shows how long that takes, in business days: Monday to Friday, not counting holidays. UPS Ground transit time comes on top.

How your order ships
Orders to the US and Canada ship with UPS Ground. Once your order is on its way, we send you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. You can also check your order status at any time in your account.
Commercial orders and custom murals
Freight for commercial orders depends on the quantity, weight and size of the shipment, so it's priced for each order. You'll get a detailed freight estimate when we quote your project or at checkout. Request a project quote.
Commercial and custom murals are made to order. Allow 15-20 business days for processing and production before they ship by UPS Ground.
International shipping
Orders outside the US and Canada ship with international courier companies. If your country is listed at checkout, we can deliver there. Samples ship to addresses in the US and Canada only.
- Check the boxes. Damage in transit usually shows on the outside of the packaging.
- Inspect every roll or panel. Unroll each one in good light and check that the reference and batch numbers match. Our installation guide has the full checklist.
- Report problems within 7 days. If anything is damaged or missing, call us within 7 days of delivery on 1-888-990-2250, or (905) 604-9255 from outside the US and Canada.
- Don't install damaged wallpaper. If you find damage after unwrapping, stop and contact us. When transit damage or loss is confirmed, we arrange a replacement.
Shipping FAQs
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $350 before tax ship free anywhere in the US and Canada. Orders under $350 pay a $29 flat rate.
How long does shipping take?
Samples ship within 5–7 business days and wallpaper rolls within 7–10 business days. Commercial and custom murals need 15-20 business days for processing and production. UPS Ground transit time is added to these.
How do I track my order?
We send you a UPS tracking number once your order ships. You can also check your order status in your account.
Can I get expedited shipping?
Yes. Call 1-888-990-2250 to arrange it. Expedited shipping is charged separately from the $29 flat rate.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No. We need a physical address for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders outside the US and Canada ship by international courier.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Don't install it. Call us within 7 days of delivery on 1-888-990-2250. When transit damage or loss is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer and isn't refunded. Contact us before sending anything back, and read our return policy first.
