Why was my credit card transaction declined?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process your order because the transaction on your credit card was declined. This may occur for a variety of reasons. Please ensure you have used the correct address that is associated with your credit card and that you have input the correct security code. While you can ship to any address, your billing address MUST match the address on file by your credit card company for the transaction to process. How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.


My order never arrived.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

The product must be returned in its entirety and in the same condition as when it arrived at your site and it must not have been installed, removed from packaging, and then returned.

Left over Wallpaper
Excess material maybe returned ( full rolls only in original wrapping ) subject to 35% re-stocking fee within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs relating to a return is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and is not refundable. Please allow 15 days for refund after receipt of returned item/s in our warehouse. Subject to all other terms and conditions of our return policy.


Product Damaged in Shipping
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or you are short product simply call us toll free ( North America ) at 1- 800- 990- 2250 ( international ) 001- 905- 604- 9255 within 7 days of delivery in order to make a claim. If something is wrong with an order, we will take immediate steps to replace the product.


Please do not schedule installation of your products until after the product has been received and examined. Installing a damaged or defective product may void a warranty or damage claim.


Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Damage to products will virtually always be visible on the exterior of the roll. If products are damaged inside of the packaging, please stop installation and contact Walls Republic customer Service right away.


If products have been damaged in shipping or are missing, Walls Republic will replace the products.

How do I use a coupon?

At Walls Republic, we offer high quality non-woven fabric backed wallpaper. The difference between this wallpaper and the traditional paper-backed wallpaper is that it can be easily removed from the wall in full strips without leaving behind any mess, also referred to as “dry strippable”. However, to make sure this is achieved properly, the wall must first be prepped correctly.


To properly prep your wall, you must ensure that your wall is smooth, clean, and dry. If your wall has an uneven texture, it will show through the wallpaper. To clean your walls, use T.S.P. (trisodium phosphate powder) and then rinse the walls thoroughly with water. Next, you will need to apply a primer to the wall. We recommend using Roman PRO-999 (Rx-35® Sealer/Primer for Sealing Porous Surfaces). Make sure the wall is completely dry before you begin your installation process.


If you follow all of the correct steps in the prepping and installation process, removing the wallpaper is a breeze! All you have to do is pick a corner from the base and peel it right off the wall – it only takes minutes! It will remove in full strips and will leave very minimal residue behind. With this simple process, you can change your wallpaper whenever you’d like without any headache at all.
