Order Status
Why was my credit card transaction declined?
+Unfortunately, we are unable to process your order because the transaction on your credit card was declined. This may occur for a variety of reasons. Please ensure you have used the correct address that is associated with your credit card and that you have input the correct security code. While you can ship to any address, your billing address MUST match the address on file by your credit card company for the transaction to process. If you have confirmed this information and are still receiving an error, please contact us toll free at 1-888-990-2250 or by email at fa@wallsrepublic.com to complete your transaction. We are available by phone Monday to Friday between 10:00 am - 6:30 pm EST.
Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
+Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
My order never arrived.

If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. +Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Shipping and Returns
Return Policy - 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
+Walls Republic offers a 30-day money-back guarantee applicable to both North American and international customers. Items may be returned for a full refund provided they remain in unused condition, in original packaging, and have not been installed. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. This policy excludes custom-made items and mural orders. Commercial wallpaper is not eligible for return under any circumstances. Customers must contact Customer Service before initiating a return.
Left Over Wallpaper
+Excess wallpaper may be returned if it is in full, unopened rolls and within 30 days of purchase. A 35% restocking fee will apply. All return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receipt, contingent on compliance with all return policy terms.
Product Damaged in Shipping
+Customers must report damaged or short-shipped products within 7 days of delivery. Contact should be made via toll-free number (North America: 1-800-990-2250; International: 001-905-604-9255). Do not proceed with installation if damage is identified. Damage is typically apparent on the exterior of the packaging. Should concealed damage be discovered post-unwrapping, cease installation and notify Customer Service immediately. Walls Republic will facilitate product replacement in verified cases of transit damage or loss.

How easy is it to remove the wallpaper?
+Walls Republic wallpapers are made from high-quality non-woven fabric backing, making them “dry
strippable” and easy to remove in full strips without mess—if the wall is properly prepped.
Wall Preparation Tips:
- Make sure the wall is smooth, clean, and dry.
- Use T.S.P. (trisodium phosphate powder) to clean the surface, then rinse.
- Apply a primer like Roman PRO-999 (Rx-35® Sealer/Primer).
