    Damaged or Lost Products:

    Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that your products are damaged or there is an error with the products you received, simply call us toll free at 1-800-990-2250 (North America) or 001-905-604-9255 (International) within 7 days of delivery to make a claim. Be sure to provide proof of damage (such as photos) to our Customer Service Team. If something is wrong with an order, we will take immediate steps to replace the product.

    For products purchased under Wallpaper Outlet, damaged products can be replaced if there is still remaining stock and dye lot. Otherwise, we will issue refund, or the customer can choose a replacement and deduct the amount of the damaged product from the chosen replacement items.

    Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Damage to products will virtually always be visible on the exterior of the roll. If products are damaged inside of the packaging, please stop installation and contact Walls Republic customer Service right away.

     Lost Shipments: In the event of a lost shipment Walls Republic will replace the products.

     

    Exchanges and Refunds:

    Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please submit a request. Final approval remains with the Walls Republic.

    Shipping Costs: If the company arranges return shipping, the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been inspected. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed following the inspection.

    At Walls Republic, wallpaper samples play an important part in the design process, allowing our clients to see and feel the texture, colour, and any other elements such as metallics before making a final decision on what works best for their project.

    We completely understand how helpful samples are, which is why we are happy to offer samples to our valued customers.

    Here is some additional information of value to help you understand more about our sample program:

    • Samples for contract, digital print murals, and dry erase wallcoverings are $5 each. 
    • Mural samples are A4 sized and show the overall impression of how it will look on the wall.
    • Shipping is a flat $15 and covers all of the U.S and Canada, and is sent out through UPS.
    • Sample shipping is only available in the U.S. and Canada, however we ship roll orders internationally.

    How to order free wallpaper samples

    All of the wallpapers available at Walls Republic are priced and sold by the double roll*. A single roll or double roll simply refers to the length of the roll. Our standard double rolls (otherwise referred to as a bolt) are 33 feet in length with a single roll measuring half that amount at 16.5 feet long.

    Standard double roll or bolt:

    33 feet OR 10.05 meters (At Walls Republic all wallpapers are sold by the double roll)


    Standard single Roll:

    16.5 feet OR 5.02 meters (At other retailers and online stores wallpapers are sold by the single roll)


    Other retailers or online stores typically price their products based on a single roll therefore, if we price a product at 100 USD it indicates that the price per single roll is only 50 USD.

    *All Walls Republic wallpapers are priced and sold by the double roll. Adding a quantity of “1” to your cart indicates you will receive a double roll (bolt) of wallpaper.

    Why was my credit card transaction declined?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to process your order because the transaction on your credit card was declined. This may occur for a variety of reasons. Please ensure you have used the correct address that is associated with your credit card and that you have input the correct security code. While you can ship to any address, your billing address MUST match the address on file by your credit card company for the transaction to process.     How do I use a coupon?

    At Walls Republic, we offer high quality non-woven fabric backed wallpaper. The difference between this wallpaper and the traditional paper-backed wallpaper is that it can be easily removed from the wall in full strips without leaving behind any mess, also referred to as “dry strippable”. However, to make sure this is achieved properly, the wall must first be prepped correctly.


    To properly prep your wall, you must ensure that your wall is smooth, clean, and dry. If your wall has an uneven texture, it will show through the wallpaper. To clean your walls, use T.S.P. (trisodium phosphate powder) and then rinse the walls thoroughly with water. Next, you will need to apply a primer to the wall. We recommend using Roman PRO-999 (Rx-35® Sealer/Primer for Sealing Porous Surfaces). Make sure the wall is completely dry before you begin your installation process.


    If you follow all of the correct steps in the prepping and installation process, removing the wallpaper is a breeze! All you have to do is pick a corner from the base and peel it right off the wall – it only takes minutes! It will remove in full strips and will leave very minimal residue behind. With this simple process, you can change your wallpaper whenever you’d like without any headache at all.
