Clean and dry the wall, measure and cut your first panel, then peel a few inches of backing from the top. Align the panel against a level line, smooth it downward with a squeegee to push out bubbles, and overlap each strip along the pattern repeat.

1. Wipe the wall clean and let it dry fully. Skip freshly painted walls.
2. Measure your wall and cut panels to length, adding a small allowance at top and bottom.
3. Draw a level vertical guide line for your first panel.
4. Peel the top section of backing, align, and tack the panel in place.
5. Smooth downward with a squeegee or felt edge, peeling the backing as you go.
6. Match the pattern on the next strip, overlap slightly, and trim edges with a sharp blade.

Is peel and stick wallpaper easy to remove, and will it damage walls?
