I spent months looking for the perfect wallpaper across various sites and ordered several samples to look over. This design is perfect because it makes a statement without being too busy. A lot of designs I liked, but couldn't commit to because the pattern would just be too busy on my studio apartment walls. Colors online vs. in person are pretty spot on. The background is a textured muted lilac, with a subtle metallic champagne peeking through underneath. This could definitely still read as a neutral if you are worried about that. The medallions are black, but a faded black so it is not stark, which I love. Quality is great, paper is nice and thick.
Tip: You can use liquid starch to attach wallpaper to walls instead of wallpaper paste. This makes the wallpaper removable - it will peel right off with no damage to the walls! I tested it out with samples first and it works. Peel and stick wallpaper is really expensive, so that's why I went with this option.
